Our Purpose

Preserve History

We collect and protect historical information including manuscripts, documents, photographs, and memorabilia related to Boy Scouts of America in Eastern North Carolina.

Museum Development

We're establishing a museum at Camp Boddie or another appropriate location to showcase scouting's rich heritage.

Foster Fellowship

We encourage connections among Scouts and Scouters based on shared knowledge of local, national, and international BSA history.

Membership Opportunities

Regular Members

Current with annual or lifetime dues, with voting rights for officers. Multiple membership levels available.

Honorary Members

Bestowed by the Executive Committee upon individuals at its discretion.

Junior Members

For youths interested in historical preservation and Society activities. Non-voting membership.
